Live Long Lab Terms of Service
Effective date: August 3, 2025. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Live Long Lab, Inc. (“Live Long Lab,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, applications, or purchasing our services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms cover eligibility, account registration, use of services and content, billing, cancellation, payment, taxes, user conduct, intellectual property, warranties, liability, indemnification, governing law, changes, and contact information. Please review thoroughly before using our Services.
Live Long Lab Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Live Long Lab, Inc. ("Live Long Lab," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website (livelonglab.com), mobile or web applications, purchasing our testing services, or otherwise interacting with us (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@livelonglab.com of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3. Services and Content
Live Long Lab provides access to laboratory testing, data dashboards, educational content, and related recommendations. All content is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
4. Billing, Auto‑Renewal, and Cancellation
4.1 Subscription Fees
Some Services are offered on a recurring membership basis (each, a "Subscription"). When you purchase a Subscription, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method the initial fee and recurring renewal fees (monthly or annually, as disclosed at checkout) until you cancel.
4.2 AUTO‑RENEWAL DISCLOSURE
UNLESS YOU CANCEL, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD, AND THE APPLICABLE FEES WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE. Renewal fees and billing cadence are disclosed during checkout and in your account portal.
4.3 How to Cancel
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by either:
Logging into your account and following the cancellation prompts, or
Emailing cancel@livelonglab.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" (or similar clear language).
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods unless required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
5. Payment & Taxes
All fees are due in U.S. dollars. You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize us to charge all fees, including applicable taxes. If a payment is declined, we may suspend or cancel your access to the Services.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation;
Infringe the intellectual‑property rights of others;
Transmit viruses or malicious code;
Collect or store personal data about other users without consent;
Interfere with or disrupt the Services.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services and all content therein (text, graphics, trademarks, and code) are owned by or licensed to Live Long Lab and are protected by intellectual‑property laws. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non‑commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIVE LONG LAB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LIVE LONG LAB OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTly, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD‑WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (a) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES; (b) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS; OR (c) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SERVICES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (i) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (ii) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Live Long Lab and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual‑property or other right of any person or entity.
11. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the revised Terms on our site and updating the “Effective date” at the top. Your continued use of the Services after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
